Terminology and Abbreviations

“Concept Rogue,” “Concept Rogue Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Concept Rogue Limited.

“You” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information about pricing, descriptions, and availability without notice.

4. Ordering and Pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders due to availability, pricing errors, or other reasons. All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST unless otherwise noted.

5. Payment

Payments must be made using available methods at checkout. We take reasonable measures to protect your payment information, but we cannot guarantee complete security.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 2-5 working days. Delivery times are subject to the courier or logistics company. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of temporary closures due to holidays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers of any delays in processing times as soon as possible. We will make every effort to minimise disruption and resume normal service promptly.

For international orders, please contact us via email at hello@conceptroguestudio.co.nz to discuss options. Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns and Refunds

No Change of Mind Returns: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery. You will be responsible for returning the item to us at your own cost. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with a tracked service.

8. Handmade and Fragile Products

Many of our products, such as ceramics and lighting, are fragile and handmade. While we take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that items won’t break in transit. If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 5 working days, and we will assist with resolving the issue.

Due to the handmade nature of some products, slight imperfections or variations from photos are to be expected. These are not considered faults but part of the unique quality of the product.

We do not offer any guarantees or extended warranties on our products, beyond what is legally required under New Zealand law, and/or by our suppliers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Concept Rogue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our online store. Our liability for any faulty goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 is limited to replacement or equivalent goods, or reimbursement for the cost of replacement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our online store, you agree to the most current version of the terms.
